   What about a credits plugin so you can let people post leads for free but bidders need to purchase the lead by using credits they purchased?

   I think there are a number of things to add.
   1) most important that most if not all dont do – allow admin to change text and add profile fields
   2) add a job from admin ( 1 company adding jobs)
   3) allow user to send cv when viewing a job ( apply button)
   4) expandability – plugins are great but we need a registration process (expandable) subscriptions, Newsletters, CV’s questionnaires and it all must link to the users profile that admin /user can hide show to a company
